Laundromat

We are closed on some holidays including 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Yes, we do. We have five (5) 80 pound washers, and two (2) 80 pound dryers.

Yes, we offer wash and fold service two (2) ways.

Option1 - drop off your dirty laundry with one of our friendly attendants.  We will wash, dry, fold, & bag your laundry and have it ready for pickup usually within 24 hours.

Option 2 - Use our safe & secure laundry lockers.  Download the Laundry Lockers app, or scan the QR code on the front of the locker.  Open a locker, place your dirty laundry inside.  We will collect your laundry, and send you a text letting you know the cost.  You can pay right from your phone using the secure link.  We will wash, dry, fold & bag your laundry and place it back in one of our lockers.  You will receive a text message letting you know it's ready for pick up.  Return to the store and pick up your laundry using your phone and leave with clean laundry.

Yes, we have plenty of free parking available.

Yes, we offer DexterPay at our location.  You can learn more about DexterPay by clicking here.

We offer a first-time customer to our store using the DexterPay app a FREE wash (up to a $9.00 value).  Please note the free wash is a one-time only promotion and the value varies depending on the machine used.

We also offer a rewards program for customers who use the DexterPay app on a regular basis.  Customers can earn a 5% reward on every dollar they spend that they can use the next time they do their laundry.  Please note that rewards are only available in the store where they were earned.

We run additional promotions for customers using the DexterPay app from time to time.  Check the DexterPay app promotions tab for more details.

We accept all major credit/ debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through the Dexter Pay app, or when using our wash and fold service through the register.  

There is an ATM on site if you need cash that dispenses $10 bills and a change machine if you're in need of quarters.

Yes, but the attendant hours may vary day to day.

Yes, we offer both single-use and multi-use products on site, as well as snacks and beverages in the vending machines located in the back of the store.

Yes, we have two brand new vending machines that offer various snacks and beverages for you to purchase.  Our machines accepts bills and quarters for purchases.

We offer various chips, snacks, cookies, and candy bars in our snack machine.

In our beverage machine we offer canned sodas, bottled beverages and water.  See store for available items.

Yes.  We have an ATM onsite should you need cash.  The ATM dispenses $10 bills for your convenience.

Yes, we have a change machine onsite that dispenses quarters.  

Wash & Fold

Our laundry service near Las Vegas is available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

 

Yes, we use premium detergents such as Tide, Downy, Clorox Bleach, and Bounce dryer sheets.  We also have hypoallergenic products available upon request.

Yes, if you provide your own hangers there is no additional charge. If we provide the hangers it is $.25 a hanger.

No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another

We offer same day turnaround and 24-hour turnaround, based upon availability.

We have a 10 pound minimum or $17.50 minimum for all orders. Commercial orders vary.

No problem. We love doing special requests. Just let us know at the time of drop off how you would like your laundry done and we will prepare your order that way.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer our service Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

There is a two day turnaround for pickup and delivery orders. If you have a Friday pickup your clothes are returned on Monday. 

There is a $20 minimum order for all pick up orders.

No you do not. When you place your order, let us know where you are leaving your laundry in the driver's notes. 

Yes, you can. When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with each laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to your current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.

No contract is required, and you can discontinue the service at any time. We are confident that our outstanding service will ensure your continued patronage.

We ask for your credit card or debit card when you place the order. You card will not be charged until your order has been weighed and completed. 

Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.

Yes you can. Log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
